Recently me & hubby went out to get juadah ramadhan @ Tampines Afghanistan, as usual we took normal route where we use it to & from my mum's place.. Along Tampines Ave 5, we saw tis showrooms for a newly build condo style private HBD flats.. Haaa we have been aiming tis Premiere for so long & at last they launch the showrooms.. We are quite impress when we view the showrooms... After hubby & me had a long talk @ the showrooms, end up we sign up for it.. Yaaa we are aware tat the price is a bit costly but hubby really likes the apartment so much & we dun put on high hope for tat coz we are juz trying our luck & there's nearly 6000 applicants & oni 600 units..Wooowww.. Actually we're thinking tat we wanted to stay near our parents' house, relatives & siblings (all stay @ Tampines).. Well we have to wait for the results another 2-6weeks.. And the apartments will be ready around 3 years time & it's involves lots of cash for the first 3 payments...Phewww....But really worth it & it's include full house air-con, kitchen cabinets, floorings, wardrobes for all rooms, toilets setting & veranda plantations..Ever i mention tat, i will work hard to satisfy my cravings & addictions? So ape lagi work hard lah...
